The Well-Watered Garden of God’s Love and Joyous Blessings

PDF

The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun scorched land and will strengthen your frame.
You will be like a well-watered garden,
like a spring whose waters never fail.

Isaiah 58: 11 (NIV)

Let’s start this spring season early by planting a garden of God’s love and promises for us. By journaling some of our desires and thoughts prompted by inspirational words, we will nurture our prayer, communion and meditation time with God.

Please find three prompts below (Faith, Freedom and Redemption) to begin our journey of growing closer to God in His word, love and promises.

Faith

…for we live by faith, not by what we see with our eyes.
2 Corinthians 5:7 (TPT)

Now Faith brings our hopes into reality and becomes the foundation needed to acquire the things we long for. It is all the evidence required to prove what is still unseen. This testimony of faith is what previous generations were commended for. Faith empowers us to see that the universe was created and beautifully coordinated by the power of God’s words! He spoke and the invisible realm gave birth to all that is seen.
Hebrews 11:1-3 (TPT)

Plant seeds in your Heart Garden to grow your faith. How do you want to nurture your Faith Garden to grow?

Freedom

“Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
John 8:32 (NIV)

In a recent study, I read:

“In seeking the truth, particularly through God’s Word, we uncover the reality of who we are in Christ. Understanding this truth opens the door to profound freedom—freedom from lies, misconceptions, and spiritual bondage.

Knowledge of the truth allows us to see through deceptions that often hold us back, empowering us to live boldly as children of God. Each step in truth draws us closer to our identity as heirs of His promises.”

Let’s walk together in God’s truth to live a life of freedom.

What Bible Verses do you need to plant on your heart to give yourself the true freedom of God’s promises?

Redemption

“For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.”
Colossians 1:13-14

This passage highlights our transformative journey from darkness to light. Being rescued signifies the end of our old selves and the beginning of a life abounding in grace and forgiveness. Our freedom in Christ means we are no longer under the authority of darkness.

Recognizing that we have been redeemed provides peace and assurance. It encourages us to live in the light of His love, embracing the fullness of our identity in Him, and extending that love to the world.Understanding this empowers us to reach others who are broken or in bondage. As we embrace our freedom, we are compelled to share the good news with others, inviting them into the same redemptive journey.

We have been set free, so let’s “let go” of anything holding us back from our Freedom in God’s love.

How are we growing our Heart Gardens of Redemption and Forgiveness? Is there something deeply rooted in our souls we need to let go of: a hurt, loss or sadness?

Thoughts and Dreams

May your Walk with God continue to grow an abundant garden of Love and Joyous Blessings…

“He is like a tree planted by water, that sends out its roots by the stream, and does not fear when heat comes, for its leaves remain green, and is not anxious in the year of drought, for it does not cease to bear fruit.”
Jeremiah 17:8 NIV
